Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship everywhere! International delivery is 3-6 weeks and we are neither aware nor responsible for any customs/duty charges.
How long after I place an order will be shipped?
All orders will typically take 7 to 14 business days. Orders shipped to Canada can take between 2-4 weeks for delivery and we are neither aware of nor responsible for any customs/duty charges.
How do I use a promotional code?
Once you’ve reached the checkout stage, enter your promotional code into our discount bar, enter the correct and click ‘Apply’. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied! Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order and we DO NOT price match any past promotions.
Do I get any confirmation that my order went through?
Yes! Anytime you place an order you will receive 2 emails. The first will be a confirmation email containing your order number. The second email contains your tracking number and is sent once your item has been marked as shipped! Please note that it can take up to 2-4 days for your tracking number to be activated!
Can I exchange/refund my item?
Our goal is your complete satisfaction! If we have no delighted you all unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise may be refunded within 30 days. We are happy to send you a new size, color or style or issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges).
How soon will I be refunded once I return an item?
Once your package is received, please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email notification regarding the appropriate refund. If you should have any questions following the email, please reply back and/or contact customer service. Return as it was shipped.

How do I know that clothing will fit me?
Clothing listed here on annestyles.com is made from various designers and brands. We offer a size chart that will assist you with measuring tips so that you will be comfortable in the clothes you purchase from this website. Please let me advice you to have a professional measurement. And we will keep your size on file to better fit you. This will help benefit you and our company with returns.
